Once payment has been made to reserve a spot in the workshop, no refunds will be issued in the event of cancellation or no-show by the participant. The spot is personal and non-transferable, and by confirming registration, the participant accepts this condition.
In case of inability to attend, the participant must notify in advance; however, this will not result in a refund. The organization reserves the right to reschedule the workshop due to force majeure, guaranteeing the participant's spot for the new date.
Access to the workshop is subject to full payment of the established fee within the indicated timeframes.
To guarantee the reservation, payment must be made within the previously informed deadline. Should this deadline not be met, the organization reserves the right to dispose of the spot and assign it to another interested party, without obligation to maintain initial availability.
