How do I book my service?
To book your appointment, we require a 50% deposit of the total service value. The remaining balance is due the day before the event.
To avoid organizational confusion, all bookings are managed exclusively through WhatsApp chat.

Services before 7:00 a.m.
Services performed before 7:00 a.m., both in-studio and at home, have a surcharge of $40,000 COP per team professional.
At-home service
At-home service has an additional cost that starts from $60,000 COP, depending on location.
The travel cost is determined taking into account:
✔ Distance
✔ Estimated travel time
✔ Service schedule, especially early mornings
For the safety of our team, we only provide services in hotels, residential complexes, and spaces with doormen, access control, and secure parking.
If the location requires parking payment, this must be covered by the client.
With our Staff: home service available for 1 person or more.
For hairstyling, hair must be clean and dry. In case of wet hair, an additional charge of $30,000 COP will be applied for drying, which may affect the total duration of the service.
If you have curly hair, you must arrive with your hair brushed from the day before. If brushing is required in the studio, an additional charge of $30,000 COP will be applied.
Cancellations
No refunds or credits are issued for cancellations by the client or for not having previously reviewed the terms and conditions.
Acceptance
By paying for the appointment, you automatically accept all the terms and conditions of the service.
